Philip F CatchpolePhilip F Catchpole  Philip has worked 40+ years in this field serving those with disabilities. He has held multiple positions within the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities which lead him to the position of Associate Commissioner of OMRDD. He holds, Masters in Special Education, Masters in Social Work and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Admin.  Dr. Catchpole is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified with the American Assoc. of Christian Counseling

David BarkieDavid Barkie (President) David Barkie is currently the Vice President & Relationship Manager of M&T Bank in their middle market commercial lending division. His responsibilities include all facets of developing and managing a commerial portfolio. David was previously the owner and managing member of Integrity Leasing & Capital LLC, a financial advisement and commercial finance placement agency. His background in financial services spans 36 years of working for numerous fortune 500 companies such as GMAC, Chase, KeyCorp and Bank of America.

Ernest NorthErnest North Ernie North is the Pastor of Fruitful Vine Christian Church in Clifton Park, NY. It is here that he has served for many years preaching, teaching, counseling and encouraging many in their faith. Pastor Ernie has 4 great children, one of whom has Down Syndrome.

Jason PickettJason Pickett (Secretary) Jason is a Senior Account Executive overseeing the National & Strategic Accounts for MVP Healthcare. He is a member of: The National Association of Health Underwriters, Political Action Committee Member for MVP, Downtown Schenectady Improvement Inc. Committee, Schenectady County Chamber Foundation’s Scholarship Fund & Career Exploration Programs and The Little Flock Christian Church - Deacon

Greenwald AndrewAndrew S. Greenwald, MSE


Andrew earned his Master’s degree from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York. He worked for many years in the entertainment industry, having appeared as an actor in many television programs, stage plays and motion pictures. Throughout this time he continued to work in the field of Special Education both with school-aged children as well as adults. Andrew took this opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of many fundraising and social events. As an educator in a public institution he puts  his entire heart into overcoming the challenges of balancing an ever changing fiscal climate with the constant need for enhancing quality services.
